    Some Rules and Reminders You Shouldn't Forget
  • Club Bath is a Men's Private Health Club, not open to the general public.
  • Club Bath is a gay oriented business. If you are offended by association or by behavioral contact with gay persons, we request that you do not patronize this establishment.
  • Membership Card and Photo I.D. must be presented upon registration.
  • Membership fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Management does not replace lost membership cards.
  • All personal information of Club members guests is confidential.
  • The management reserves the right to increase registration rates and to refuse entry to minors (below 18 yrs. old), senior citizens and unhealthy persons.
  • All bags must be surrendered to the front desk and can only be claimed upon exit.
  • Cellular phones are not allowed in all public areas.
  • Prostitution is not allowed. Club Bath Management reserves the right to suspend membership due to inappropriate conduct.
  • Member agrees to keep and obey all rules and regulations now in force or in the future prescribed by the Club for the use of Club facilities and the equipment and facilities therein including rule, attire and personal hygiene.
  • Member must use a towel while inside the Club.
  • No Alcohol or Drugs allowed inside the Club. We do not allow entry to members who are intoxicated. Drug is not tolerated. It is strictly forbidden.
  • There is no smoking of cigarettes or tobacco in all air-conditioned areas. Smoking is allowed in designated “Smoking Areas” only.
  • Chewing gum is not allowed inside the club.
  • Members by their use of this facility are accepting complete responsibility and total liability for all loss, damages and /or injury of any kind without exception.
  • The member agrees that the club will not be liable for any legal or medical expenses for injuries incurred within the premises.
  • Member shall be subject to the control and guidance of Club’s staff while in club’s facilities. Member agrees to conduct himself in a quiet and well-mannered fashion so as not to cause any disturbance which would interfere with the use and enjoyment of the club by other members.
  • Under no circumstances will a member use foul, loud, or slanderous language, or harass, molest, or solicit other members. Any complaints, other than those of an emergency nature or requiring immediate action by club’s personnel, shall be made directly to the manager, in private, so as to avoid possible embarrassment to other members.
